We are hiring an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will serve our diverse client base by executing digital and print marketing and branding initiatives for our education, service business, and non-profit clients. This is a hybrid role, working a few days a week in our Plymouth office. Lastly, please ensure your portfolio link is included on your resume.

The Position

• Responsible for understanding the client’s needs, objectives, target audience, and branding position by researching the client’s industry, competitors, etc.
• Collaborates and executes the CEL brand and digital presence to ensure it accurately reflects the CEL vision, mission, and values
• Develops and creates design strategies that align with clients’ marketing and public relations goals, ensuring the visual elements effectively convey the desired messaging.
• Tracks and measures the effectiveness of CEL’s design and communication strategies to ensure the client is satisfied.
• Collaborates with other members of the CEL design team to understand project requirements and design recommendations, focusing on projects that are on time and under budget.
• Presents design concepts to clients and manages expectations for execution.
• Builds solid and dedicated relationships with existing clients to ensure CEL is the top choice for all their marketing and PR needs.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer with exposure to marketing content and techniques.
• Expert with the Adobe Creative Cloud product line.
• Prior experience with Canva is required.
• Small and large format digital and print experience.
• Packaging, branding, product design, digital and traditional ad campaign experience will get our attention.
• Experience with education, healthcare, financial, and nonprofit organizations is a plus.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and part of a team and initiative to get the job done.
• Strong Illustration & Motion experience is a plus.
• Photography experience is a plus.
• Accessibility experience is a plus or is required to learn.
• Proven project experience requiring extreme attention to detail and organization is a significant plus.
