General Manager

Darrell Leines is a seasoned professional with extensive corporate experience managing multi-million dollar private and government contracts. As General Manager at CEL, he brings his expertise in effective proposals, accurate projections, and a proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule.

With a background as a Program/Logistics Manager, Darrell has amassed 30 years of experience in the development, production, and logistics management of highly technical electro-mechanical products for both government and commercial business sectors.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Darrell actively contributes to his community. He has served as the Co-Chair of the Vote Yes Committee for Wayzata Public Schools and as the President of Oakwood Elementary PTA. He is also a proud member of PMI (Project Management Institute) and the Wayzata Rotary Club.
