CEL Travels to Unveil the All-Electric Truck
CEL is currently in Boulder, Colorado right now. We are there to help Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric officially unveil the first all-electric service truck on the streets of Boulder.
How will the new trucks measure up? These vehicles will use only one half-kilowatt hour per mile, leave no carbon footprint and save up to $5,000 per truck per year. It’s a win-win situation for everyone. Electric vehicles offer a better work environment for the driver as well as cleaner air and quieter neighborhoods for customers.
“This is the future and everyone needs to do their part with energy conservation. There is no reason why a plumber can’t lead the way and set the example,” said Precision Owner and President Tom Robichaud. “The electric motor is two to five times more efficient than a diesel engine. Higher efficiency means less energy consumption. Less energy consumption means lower costs and less pollution.”
Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric has served the Boulder and Denver regions for almost three decades
